I’m a therapist, facilitator, and writer, dedicated to living an authentic soulful and creative life, and helping others do the same.
I currently work at the Priory Hospital as Addictions Therapist, in private practice from my cabin in the garden, and facilitate therapeutic creative writing in healthcare and wellbeing settings.
I bring a breadth of experience in therapy, group facilitation, creative writing, embodied practices and depth psychology to my work.
